The Strive for 5 Challenge focuses on the incredible health benefits of regularly consuming a variety of fruits and vegetables, ideally 5 servings a day.


Default Template Settings and Recommendations


  • Duration of Challenge: 3 phases/3 weeks 
  • Participation Type: Group
  • Recommended Time of Year: Spring and Summer, when most regions are most abundant in fruit and vegetable options.
  • Program Completion Type: Minimum tokens, 500
  • Activity Allowed: Current and all previous phases


Purpose/Benefits of the Challenge


Designed to inspire and educate, this challenge offers a unique opportunity for your team to explore nutritious eating habits, learn about the benefits of a plant-rich diet, and experience the joy of fresh, wholesome foods. This challenge is a 21-day intro to a lifetime habit of eating five servings of fruits and vegetable a day.
