User Lifecycle Dashboard Report

Created by Reid Albright, Modified on Mon, Sep 22 at 12:58 PM by Reid Albright

The User Lifecycle Dashboard provides executives and account managers with a clear view of user growth, engagement, and demographics. It combines all-time snapshots with period-based KPIs and demographic drill-downs, making it easy to track adoption, conversion, engagement, and retention across companies, portals, and groups.

This dashboard helps answer questions such as:

  • How many users are joining and registering?

  • How effectively are new users converting into registered users?

  • What does engagement look like in terms of logins and activity volume?

  • How are retention patterns evolving over time?

  • Which demographic groups (gender, age, time zone) drive the most activity?

  • How do performance metrics vary by company, portal, or portal group?

To access this report, go to the Reports section of the admin, click on Dashboards, and choose "User Lifecycle Dashboard."

  3. Current Status Snapshot – Displays active, inactive, and deleted user counts in a pie chart.

  4. Registration Trend – Compares added vs. registered counts per period.
  5. Cumulative Growth – Shows running totals of added vs. registered users.

  6. Gender Distribution – Pie chart of users by gender.

  7. Age Range Distribution – Horizontal bar chart of age ranges (18–25, 26–35, 36–50, 51–64, 65+).
