The Admin Dashboard is the central hub for administrators in the Avidon platform. It provides an at-a-glance view of member engagement, activity, and content performance. The dashboard layout and available metrics differ based on whether the account is using the Free Tier or a Paid Subscription.
After login, admins will see one of two primary dashboard types:
The Demo Dashboard displays for Free Tier company accounts.
The Subscription Dashboard displays for subscription tiers.
Demo Dashboard
The Demo Dashboard provides a limited view of admin functionality, along with prompts to explore and upgrade.

Preview Member Experience – CTA to log into a demo user account to view the member side.
Purchase Ribbon – CTA to purchase a subscription.
Product Center Widget – quick links to product resources.

Subscription Dashboard
The Subscription Dashboard provides a customizable, role-based view of engagement and admin tools.
Displayed Elements
- Banner – top-level messaging or alerts related to the admin's role.
Login Activity Report – recent login trends across members.
Role-Based Action Tiles
Tiles display depending on the admin user’s assigned role(s):
View Member, Manage Member, or Coach → Members tile
Reports → Reports tile
Content → Flows tile
Portal Manager → Portal Management tile
Company Admin → Account Management tile
Other roles → no additional tiles
