This article explains how to create a portal using a portal template to create a new portal for your company.
Avidon comes with portal templates that clients use to create new portals. In order to create a new portal, you must first choose the portal template you want to use. Each portal template is autoconfigured with settings that are suited for specific client needs and objectives. When you choose a portal template, your new portal will automatically be configured with the most relevant settings and content. Once you create a portal using a template, you can customize portal settings and content if you want.
(Note: if you have an existing portal already, you also create a new portal by copying the existing portal.)
To create a portal using a template, go to the Settings section of the admin website, enter the Portal Management module, and click on the Add New Portal tile.

There are three different portal templates to choose from:
Digital Coaching Template
This template comes preconfigured with the standard suite of enabled content and features that best support the experience for members in a digital coaching portal. Members in this portal will have access to all the content and courses in the Avidon system.
Live Coaching Template
This template comes preconfigured with the same standard suite of content and feature that the digital coaching has AND it includes coaching related elements, such as preconfigured assessments, automations, flows, and messages. Portals based on this template utilize both the digital coaching features and the live coaching tools in the system.
SaaS - Free Tier Template
This template provides limited but functional access to core features and is designed for self-service setup. Key elements include:
Basic content access
Lightweight onboarding flow
Limited user and admin permissions
