Special Permissions: PII & PHI

Created by Logan Byrd, Modified on Wed, Sep 24 at 6:38 AM by Reid Albright

Special permissions can be enabled or disabled at the company level. If special permissions are enabled at the company level, they can be enabled at an individual admin level. When special permissions are enabled, the following roles can be assigned: view member, manage member, and coach. Other roles may be enhanced by enabling special permissions.

If PII is enabled for the admin user, it allows the viewing of information (seeing an email address in a report, for instance) that can be used to identify specific members.

Note: Any changes to an admin's account permissions are automatically logged in our system (who made the change, when the change occurred, and what the change was).
