A movement reboot Challenge offering short daily activities—like posture resets and light strength training—to help participants break sedentary habits and bring back regular physical activity.
Alcohol Cutback (or Quit) Challenge
Duration: 14 days
A gentle, judgment-free invitation to reflect on drinking habits, reduce alcohol intake, or take a break. Includes tools for mindfulness, behavior tracking, and self-reflection.
Pump Up the Beat: Heart Health Challenge
Duration: 7 days
Supports cardiovascular health through simple daily actions—like movement bursts, nutrition tweaks, or stress resets—paired with brief educational content.
Unboxing Your Perspective: The Creativity Challenge
Duration: 5 days
Encourages creative thinking and personal exploration through fun, perspective-shifting daily tasks that challenge routines and open up new ways of seeing oneself.
Taming the Worry Wart: Stress & Anxiety Challenge
Duration: 3 weeks
Uses evidence-based strategies and a friendly mascot to help participants reduce anxiety, calm their minds, and build skills for ongoing stress management.
